Cool Apps for Exercise!

I started using C25K to break out of my couch potato habits last month. I decided that my goal to get moving was not to lose weight, but to feel good in the skin I'm in! About 30 days into this and I am seeing muscle definition, and I notice every time I go out and run, I am going faster, and feeling strong than before.

It's such a great feeling and although I've incorporated an exercise ball, and do weighted squats... this app on my phone has really been the kick in the butt that got me off the couch and outside! cheers

My knees have been killing though... any tips to help ease my pain? I'm training for a 5k currently.
